Setting up priority lists for your school is the best way to ensure the subs you want to be working in your school get your calls. Download a Quick & Easy Guide For Priority Lists from the Substitute web page (Employee Connections>Substitute Teachers), download the Administrators' User Guide (Pull down the Help menu from the top right corner of this screen), or call the sub office and we will walk you through the steps.

Teachers can now cancel jobs online 5 hours in advance. If a job needs to be cancelled on short notice, the teacher must call the sub office by 7:00 a.m. the morning of the assignment and call the sub to notify of the cancellation.
